All our jewelry is handmade. As a result, there may be slight differences between the images on our website and the actual products.
All jewelry is made of 925 silver. All set pieces are made of natural stones.
All orders are subject to prior approval.
For new customers, we request a minimum order of 2'500 Swiss francs.
Orders should be sent to us by e-mail or fax, indicating the item number and quantity. For rings, please specify the figure size (e.g., 53, 54, etc.).
On receipt of your order, we will send you a confirming invoice by postmail.
Customers take full responsibility with regard to the items they order.
If the articles ordered are available, delivery will be made as sonn as payment is received.
If one or more items are not available, we can make a partial delivery as soon as the order has been paid in full.
If none of the articles are available, pleased allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
Payable by payment order on receipt of (confirming) invoice. To facilitate processing of your purchase, please indicate the billing number and your customer order number in the payment order.
For Switzerland: Delivery is made by registered parcel post. A shipping fee of CHF 15.- for shipping and packing is added to all orders.
For Europe: Delivery is made by Swiss Post. The cost of shipping is calculated based on destination and added to the final invoice.
All of our prices are stated in Euro or Swiss francs. Prices are net of taxes and shipping charges. The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the invoice/order confirmation, which displays the merchandise total, the shipping charges, and the value-added tax (VAT).
For Switzerland, VAT of 8% is added to all orders.
For Europe, no export tax is added.
Returns based on delivery errors or defective merchandise only by return request.
No return will be accepted unless you have first contacted us by phone or e-mail.
Returns are in charge of the customer.
Note that all our products are checked before shipping.
Any shipping damage (e.g. a damaged package) must immediately be brought to the attention of the shipper on delivery. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for any damage to the product.
Noir-à-porter provides after-sales service for necklaces and bracelets as well as for set pieces only under following conditions: broken strand, broken clasp, loss of a stone. No guarantee or repair will be honored for jewelry that has been misused or carelessly handled.
